A Night Boot Camp is a fun, educational, and activity-based evening camp that takes place after school hours — usually between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. It mixes learning, adventure, teamwork, and reflection in a natural or outdoor setting under the stars.

8:00 – 9:00 PM: Campfire Talk / Cooking – “Power of Family Learning” storytelling, cooking

9:00 – 9:30 PM: Reflection & Lights Out Prep – Journaling, gratitude circle, rest time

Day 2 – Sound Therapy & Relaxation

7:00 – 7:30 PM: Yoga / Relaxation – Family mindfulness stretch

7:30 – 8:00 PM: Sound Therapy Session: “Listening with Heart” – Talk + parent-child activity

8:00 – 9:00 PM: Art Expression – Paint/draw “What Makes Our Family Happy”

9:00 – 9:30 PM: Parent–Child Workshop – Sustainable hacks for everyday life

Day 3 – Rock Climbing Adventure

7:30 – 8:00 PM: Orientation: “What is Naturopathy?” – Short talk on natural healing methods: food, air, water, sun, rest

8:00 – 9:00 PM: Yoga & Pranayama – Breathing under open sky, gentle stretches

9:00 – 9:30 PM: Self-Healing – Guided meditation, gratitude journaling, silent reflection
