A Night Boot Camp is a fun, educational, and activity-based evening camp that takes place after school hours — usually between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. It mixes learning, adventure, teamwork, and reflection in a natural or outdoor setting under the stars.

Day 2 – Sound Therapy & Relaxation
7:00 – 7:30 PM: Yoga / Relaxation – Family mindfulness stretch
7:30 – 8:00 PM: Sound Therapy Session: “Listening with Heart” – Talk + parent-child activity
